To mirror the roof line of the house, the garage was engineered with a custom 30° pitch. This non-standard pitch preserves a seamless visual link to the main dwelling. The cladding is premium Stratco Hiland Tray, creating clean vertical lines for a refined, modern look. The finish is COLORBOND® Monument® Matte, a bold neutral finish with deep charcoal tones that complements the home’s darker palette and adds timeless curb appeal.

A 160mm edge gutter was integrated into the design to align neatly with the home’s architectural detailing. The structure was fully lined with timber plywood for a crisp, durable interior finish by Emma & Ben. Twin VELUX skylights bring natural light into the space, helping create a comfortable environment for work and play. Every Stratco garage is engineered for Australian conditions and backed by a 25-year structural warranty for long-term confidence.
Practical Access and Indoor–Outdoor Flow
One end of the garage features a roller door for everyday access and storage needs. The opposite end uses glass stacker doors to open the space to the outdoors, supporting ventilation and easy movement between zones. While the garage is a Class 10 non-habitable structure, every detail in House 1’s build was considered to create a place where family and friends can gather and relax.
